Allegation of False imprisonment and assault of a male in Limerick on the 14/9/15

As part of an on going investigation into the False Imprisonment and assault of a male (53 years) in Limerick City on the 14th September 2015, Gardaí in Henry Street Have charged 3 males (32,33 & 52 years).

The injured party was seriously injured in this incident and required hospital treatment.
 
The three males had been arrested and detained under the provisions of section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended in Roxboro and Mayorstone Garda Stations. All three were charged last night the 25th March 2016 and will appear before Limerick District Court at 10.30am this morning the 26th May 2016.
