Gardai in Tallaght investigating a stabbing incident the occurred at the Hell Fire Club yesterday afternoon have arrested a male.
At approximately 3.45pm an altercation broke out between three males and one female. During the course of the altercation one of the males received a stab injury and a male and female were assaulted. All three injured (in their late teens) were taken to Tallaght Hospital where they were treated for their injuries and released last night.
The scene was preserved for a technical examination and a search of the area was conducted by the DMR South Divisional search team.
Gardai investigating the incident arrested a male in his late 20’s in the Kilakee area last night and he is currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
