Gardai are at the scene of a shooting incident that occurred at Dun Emer Place, Lusk this morning at 9.50a.m. Tuesday 5th July, 2015.
A male (late 30s) has received gunshot injuries and has been removed to Beaumont Hospital were his condition is described as critical.
A Volkswagon Golf was seen leaving the area and was discovered burnt out at Kilhedge Lane, Lusk a short time later.
