Drugs and firearms seized in Pallasgreen, Limerick on the 17/8/16

As part of operation Thor, local Gardaí targeting organised criminal activity in the Limerick area have seized cannabis herb, cocaine, benzodiazepines and alprazolam with a combined estimated value of €126,000, pending analysis.

Two firearms, ammunition and a firearm component were also recovered.
 
The drugs, firearms and ammunition were discovered and seized following the planned search of a premises at Brooksbridge, Pallasgreen, County Limerick this afternoon, Wednesday 17th August 2017 by local Gardaí assisted by the Limerick Divisional Drugs Unit.
 
The investigation is on going. No arrests have been made.
