Arrests following burglary in Lucan, Dublin on the 13/04/16

Gardai have arrested two males following a burglary in Lucan in the early hours of this morning.

Shortly after 4am Gardai were alerted to a burglary at the Weston housing estate in Lucan. Two cars drove from the scene towards Celbridge Village and came to a stop after crashing and entering the River Liffey at Celbridge Bridge.
 

There was no one injured.

 
Two male juveniles were arrested at the scene and are currently detained at Lucan Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
