Gardai investigating a two vehicle collision that occurred near Corrandulla, Co. Galway on the N84 (Galway to Headford Road) this afternoon, wish to appeal for witnesses.
At approximately 1.45pm a two car collision occurred at the above location. Four people were taken to University Hospital Galway. The female driver and sole occupant of one of the cars and the female rear seat passenger of the second car are described as being in a serious condition. The two other occupants of the second car have injuries described as being non-life threatening.
The stretch of road was closed for a time but has since reopened.
