Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a fatal traffic collision in Co. Waterford on the 9th September 2015.
At approximately 5.15pm a male aged in his 50's was seriously injured when his motor cycle struck a wall while travelling on the R448 near Waterford City. He was taken by ambulance to University Hospital Waterford where he was pronounced dead.
The scene is preserved and Garda forensic collision investigators have been notified. Diversions are in place and the local Coroner has been notified.
