A man in his 20’s arrested in connection with the death of a man in Celbridge on the 29th September 2015was this afternoon released without charge.
A file will now be prepared for the information of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Investigations are continuing.

Gardai in Celbridge investigating the murder of Noel Winterlitch (37 years), can confirm that the post mortem has concluded and the results will not be disclosed for operational reasons.
The arrested male (26 years) remains in Garda custody and investigations are ongoing.

Gardaí have arrested a man in his 20's following the death of a man at a house in Celbridge yesterday, the 29th September 2015.
Gardaí were called to the incident at Willowbrook Park, Celbridge at 8.50pm following the discovery of a man in his 30s with head injuries by Paramedics attending the scene. The man was pronounced dead shortly before 10.30pm and body remains at scene.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene and is detained at Leixlip Garda station under Section 4 of The Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The scene is preserved pending the arrival of the Deputy State Pathologist Dr Michael Curtis and the Garda Technical Bureau.
