As part of Operation Thor, Gardaí have charged a man, 46 years, in connection with a number of robberies and attempted robberies which occurred in the South Dublin area between 11th and 27th November 2015.
The man was arrested on Friday afternoon, 27th November 2015 in connection with the attempted robbery of a shop on Cork Street, Dublin 8. He was detained at Kilmainham Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
The man appeared before Dublin District Court, Criminal Courts of Justice this morning, Monday 30th November 2015 at 10.30am where he was remanded in custody to appear at Cloverhill Distrcit Court at a later date.
