Gardaí at Kells Co Meath are investigating a two car fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the southbound carriageway of the N3 north of Kells at approximately 12.20pm today (Sunday May 24th 2015)
A male driver in his 50’s was seriously injured when his car was in collision with another car. He was removed to Navan Hospital but pronounced dead a short time later.
No other persons were injured.
The road is closed to traffic and Garda Forensic Collision Investigators have been requested to examine the scene.
