Gardaí at Carrick-on-Shannon are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at 3pm this afternoon (Wednesday 18th March 2015).
The collision occurred between Fenagh and Ballinamore on the R202 when a car and a motorcycle were in collision. The male motorcyclist in his 20’s was pronounced dead at the scene and his body has been removed to Sligo General Hospital.
No other injuries were reported.
