The three men are due to appear before a special sitting of Limerick District Court this afternoon, Thursday 25th June 2015.
Gardaí have charged three men, aged 49, 48 and 25 in connection with the investigation into the fatal shooting of a 51 year old man which occurred at Mountfune, Murroe, Co Limerick on Saturday 20th June 2015.
Two other men, aged in their late 40’s, arrested in connection with this investigation have been released from Garda custody without charge. A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Gardaí investigating the fatal shooting at Mountfune, Murroe, Co Limerick on Saturday June 20th 2015 have this morning (22/6/15) arrested a fourth man in connection with this investigation.
The man in his late 40’s was arrested in Limerick City.
He is currently detained at Henry Street Garda Station under the provisions of Section 50 – Criminal Justice Act 2007.

Gardai investigating the fatal shooting which occurred at Mountfund, Murrow, Co. Limerick yesterday have arrested three males in relation to the investigation.
The three males, two in their late 40’s and one in his 20’s, were arrested last night in the Limerick area and are currently detained at Henry Street and Roxboro Road Garda Stations under the provisions of Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 (They can be held for up to 7 days).
