Arrest following damage to property Waterford and court appearance

Gardai in Waterford investigating four fires that damaged property at locations in the Ballybeg area in the early hours of the 24/01/15 arrested a 19 year old male yesterday.

He was detained at Waterford Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
 

The 19 year old male is scheduled to appear before a special sitting of Waterford District Court tonight at 9pm charged in relation to the incidents.
