Gardaí at Blanchardstown are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision which occurred on the Carpenterstown Road near to Carpenterstown Shopping Centre at approximately 8.35pm on Sunday February 1st 2015 .
A 13 year old boy (pedestrian) was struck by a black BMW 5 Series on the Carpenterstown Road. Emergency services were contacted and the boy was taken to Temple Street Children’s University Hospital where his injuries are described as critical.
