Gardai in Enniscorthy are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Oulart, Co Wexford. on the 18th February 2015.
The collision involving a car and a tractor occurred at Ballytarsna on the Oulart to Blackwater road (R174) shortly before 7pm. The driver (female 36 years) and passenger (male 14 years) of the car were injured and taken to Wexford General Hospital, the young boy was later pronounced dead. The female's condition is described as non life threatening.
The driver of the tractor was uninjured.
The road is closed to facilitate a Forensic Collision examination and diversions are in place.
