Weather Warning / Flooding in Co Mayo - 5th December 2015

The 21 year old male who was a back seat passenger and taken to Beaumont Hospital passed away yesterday evening.

The N59 Belmullet to Ballina Road in Co Mayo through Crossmolina is completely impassable due to the River Deel bursting its banks. Severe flooding is reported in the area.

Gardaí are advising motorists to avoid the area tonight.
