Update - Serious toad traffic collision at Old Miltown, Kill, Kildare on the 28/11/15

The 21 year old male who was a back seat passenger and taken to Beaumont Hospital passed away yesterday evening.

The two other males have been released from hospital.

Gardai in Naas, Co Kildare are investigating a serious road traffic collision which occurred at Old Miltown, Kill, Co Kildare on the 28th November 2015.

The single vehicle collision occurred on the Kilteel Road (L6027) at approximately 10.50pm.There were three young males in the car at the time of the collision, the male (21years) back seat passenger in the car was seriously injured and has been taken to Beaumont Hospital where his injuries are described as very serious. The driver (24years) and front seat passenger (24 years) were also injured and taken to Naas General Hospital but their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

The road is currently closed to facilitate a Forensic Collision Examination and diversions are in place from Cromwellstown crossroads and the junction at Oldmill, Kill.
