Gardaí in Wexford town are investigating a serious road traffic collision which occurred on the Wexford to Duncannon Road on the 23rd December 2015.
The collision occurred at approximately 6.45pm on the Wexford to Duncannon Road (about 3km from Wexford) R733 between at truck and a car.
The three males (no ages at this stage) in the car were seriously injured and taken to Wexford General Hospital where their injuries are described as serious. The driver of the truck was uninjured.
The road has been closed to facilitate a Forensic Collision examination and diversions are in place.
Witness to the collision or anyone who was on the road between 6.40pm and 7pm are asked to contact Wexford Garda station on 053 9165200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
