Gardai in Ashbourne, Co. Meath are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occured at Cornelstown, Co. Meath in the early hours of this morning, Wednesday 23rd December 2015.
A man in his early 20's was fatally injured when the car he was a passenger in left the road. The driver and second passenger received non life threatening injuries. The body of the deceased man was pronounced dead at scene and his body removed to Navan Hospital.
The road is currently closed to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
