Drugs seizure in Finglas, Dublin 11 on the 14/12/15 - Two persons arrested

As part of a planned search the local Garda Drugs Unit attached to Finglas Garda Station carried out a search of a house at Ratoath Drive, Finglas, Dublin 11 this afternoon (14/12/15).

During the course of the search heroin (subject to analysis) with an estimated street value of €40,000 was seized. Two persons were arrested at the scene (41 year old male & 45 year old woman. Both are detained at Finglas Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
