A juvenile arrested in relation to a fatal assault in Claremorris on Saturday morning, 19th December 2015, will appear at a special sitting of Castlebar District Court at 3pm on Sunday 20th December 2015, charged in relation to the incident.
Gardaí are investigating a fatal assault which occurred at Claremount Manor, Knock Road, Claremorris, County Mayo. A male juvenile suffered fatal injuries during the incident and was pronounced dead at scene.
A male juvenile has been arrested in connection with this investigation and was detained at Claremorris Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
