Gardai at Kildare Garda station investigating the fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Nurney, Co Kildare on the 8th December 2015 at approximately 6.15pm have charged a male (35 years) with road traffic offences.
He will appear before Naas District Ct at 12 midday on the 9th Dec 2015. He was arrested following the collision and detained at Kildare Garda station.

Gardai at Kildare Garda Station are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Nurney, Co Kildare on the 8th December 2015.
The collision between a motor bike and a van occurred at approximately 6.15pm on the Nurney to Kildare Road close to Walterstown Cross. The male (25 years) motor cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene and his body has been removed to the morgue at Naas hospital, where a post mortem is expected to take place tomorrow. The driver and passenger(both male) of the van were uninjured. The road is closed to facilitate a Forensic Collision examination and diversions are in place.
