Court appearance - Assault at Ballyvolan, Cobh, Cork on the 11/08/15

A male in his 50’s is scheduled to appear before Clonakilty District Court tomorrow morning at 10.30am.

He is charged in connection with the assault of a woman in her 40’s at a house in Cooline, Ballyvolan, Cobh on the 11th August 2015.


He had been detained at Cobh Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 in connection with the assault.
