Serious road traffic collision on the M7 at junction 13 on the 23/10/14

A serious road traffic collision has occurred on the M7 Kildare on the 23rd October 2014.

The collision occurred at approximately 8.45pm just north of the Kildare exit (Jct 13) Northbound between a number of cars. A number of injured persons have been taken to Naas and Tallaght hospitals.

 
The road is currently closed and diversions are in place. Emergency services are at scene

 
The incident has been referred to (Garda Siochana Ombudmans Commission) GSOC.
