Gardaí in Tralee investigating an incident which occurred at a house in Woodbrook Lawn, Tralee at approximately 6am on the 11th November 2014 have arrested a 23 year old male.
He was arrested in Tralee yesterday evening the 11th November and is being detained at Tralee Garda station under the provisions of section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.

An unknown male entered the grounds of a house at Woodbrook Lawn, Tralee, this individual is believed to have interfered with a car parked in the driveway. He then walked around to the back of the house and was confronted by the home owner and his son. An altercation occurred resulting in the home owner (47yrs) and his son (17yrs) received minor stab wounds.
The unknown male fled the scene in the direction of Monavalley Road.
Gardaí and Ambulance personal attended the scene and both injured men were taken to Kerry General Hospital.
The assailant is described as being 5 10/ 5 11, light blonde short hair, slim build and wearing a black hoodie with white stripes on the sleeves.
