Three arrested and firearm recovered in Dundalk, Louth on the 19/3/14

Three males have been arrested by Gardaí following the discovery of a firearm in Dundalk, Co. Louth, on the 19th March 2014.

A hand gun was discovered when Gardaí searched a car at Greenacres, Dundalk, shortly after 9 p.m. yesterday evening (19/3/2014). A 40 year-old male and two other males aged in their late 20's were arrested at the scene.


All three males are currently detained under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939, at Dundalk Garda Station.
