Gardai in Letterkenny are investigating a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the 20th March 2014.
The collision occurred at approximately 12.50 am when a car collided with a stone wall at Drumnohoagh on the Letterkenny to Derry Road (2km outside Letterkenny). The male driver (23yrs) the sole occupant was seriously injured and was taken to Letterkenny General Hospital where his condition is described as serious.
The road is closed for a Forensic Collision examination, and diversions are in place.
