Gardaí from the Divisional Drugs Unit, Tralee seized cannabis plants and herb with an estimated value of €25,000 (pending analysis), following the arrest of a male, 28 years and the planned search of a premises in St Johns Park, Tralee on Monday 24th March 2014 at approximately 3pm.
The arrested male was detained at Tralee Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996. He was charged with offences in connection with this investigation and released from Garda custody to appear at Tralee District Court on Wednesday 26th March 2014 at 10.30am.
