Gardaí have charged a man, 19 years, in connection with a shooting incident which occurred at Moneymore Estate, Drogheda, Co Louth on Sunday, the 23rd March 2014.
He is due to appear before Drogheda District Court this afternoon, Tuesday 25th March 2014.
A 35 year old male was injured during the incident and was treated for his injuries at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Gardaí investigating a shooting incident which occurred in the Moneymore Estate, Drogheda, Louth on Sunday 23rd March 2014 at approximately 6pm in which a male (35yrs) received leg injuries have arrested a male (19yrs).
He is being detained at Drogheda Garda station under the provisions of section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939 as amended.
The injured male is receiving treatment at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
