Gardai in Tralee investigating the murder of George Tkeshelashvili in Tralee on 15/10/05 have arrested a male 32yrs in connection with the murder.
George Tkeshelashvili was seriously injured in a stabbing incident on the evening of the 15th Oct 2005 at Westward Court Mary St. Tralee, he was taken by taxi to Kerry General Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
A male 32 years was arrested today at Dublin Aiprport in connection with the murder. He was taken to Tralee Garda station where he was charged and will appear before a Special sitting of Killarney District Court at 7pm this evening the 31st March 2014.
The male above was subject to a European arrest warrant and was arrested on foot of this warrant on the 18th February 2014 by police in Valencia, Spain.
