An Garda Siochana and the medical staff at the Mercy University Hospital are very concerned about the health and welfare of an unknown female who left the Mercy Hospital last Friday morning the 7th March 2014 at 11:30am without been formally discharged. Gardai are appealing to this lady to return or make contact with the Mercy University Hospital on 021 4271971, the Bridewell Garda station on 021 4943330 or any Garda station.
The lady is described as follows:
Age: 25/35 years
Height: 5’ 6”
Hair: Long dark hair.
Build: Medium.
Wearing: A knee length purple jacket, black trousers and black shoes.
