Witness appeal - Duncannon Beach incident on the 2/7/14

Gardaí at New Ross, Co Wexford, are investigating an incident which occurred on Duncannon Beach at approximately 7pm yesterday evening, Wednesday 2nd July 2014.

A male, 38 years, was taken from the sea and later pronounced dead at Wexford General Hospital.
 

Investigating officers are appealing to members of the public who may have been on Duncannon Beach between 6.30pm and 8pm, yesterday, Wednesday 2nd July 2014 or anyone who may have information pertaining to the incident to contact Gardaí at New Ross on 051 426030, The Garda Confidential Line or any Garda Station
