Gardaí are seeking the assistance of the public in relation to a black 1 Series BMW with English number plates which was involved in a collision with a patrol car on Wednesday 23rd July 2014 at Pallas, Ballyfin, Portlaoise.
Four men arrested as a result of the incident.
This car was in the Mountrath/Ballyfin/Portlaoise area between 2pm and 3pm and the vehicle had four occupants. There are also reports of sightings of this car in counties Cork and Tipperary.
