Single vehicle fatal road trafic collision in Killarney, Kerrry on the 23/1/14

Gardaí at Killarney are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision which occured on the main Killarney to Cork Road (N22) at approx 3.30pm today the 23rd January 2014.

The male driver (67yrs) was pronounced dead at the scene, he was the sole occupant of the car. His body was removed to Kerry General Hospital. The road was closed for a forensic collision examination but has since re-opened.
