Serious road traffic collision on the M7 Roscrea, Co Tipperary northbound 26th Jan 2014

Gardai in Roscrea are investigating a very serious road traffic collision which occurred on the M7 at Jct 22 (Roscrea) northbound.

One car was involved in the collision and one male was seriously injured - sole occupant. The M7 is closed at junction 22 northbound to facilitate a Forensic Collision Examination and diversions are in place. Motorist travelling northbound are asked to exit at jct 23(Moneygall) and can rejoin the M7 at jct 21 ( Borris in Ossory).
