Seizure of cash in Tallaght, Dublin on the 6/2/14

As a result of an ongoing operation into the illegal sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Tallaght area Gardaí from the Tallaght District Drugs Unit carried out searches of a car and two males, 28 & 29 years, under the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1977-'84, at Kilinarden Estate on Thursday 6th February 2014 at approximately 7.15pm.

Gardaí discovered and seized a substantial amount of cash during these searches.
 
The matter is under investigation.
