The body of Margaret Minogue was recovered this afternoon, Monday 24th February 2014 at approximately 2.40pm.
No further action is required. Gardaí wish to thank the media and the public for their assistance in this matter.

Gardaí at Thomastown are appealing to the public for their assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Margaret Minogue, 51 years, who is missing from her home in Ballydonnell, Thomastown, since this morning, Sunday 23rd February 2014.
Margaret was last seen on 23rd February 2014 at approximately 11.30am leaving her home. She is described as being 5’ 10” in height, of medium build with blonde shoulder length hair. Margaret was last seen wearing a black jacket, black trousers and a red scarf.
