He will appear before Court No 2, Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate St, Dublin at 10.30am on the 14th February 2014.
Gardai from the Garda National Drugs Unit investigating the seizure of 39 kilos of cannabis resin with an estimated street value of €234,000 (pending analysis) on the M1 on the 13th February have charged a male in his 40's in connection with the incident.

The male is currently detained at Balbriggan Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
Following an intelligence led operation, Gardaí from the Garda National Drugs Unit seized 39 kilos of cannabis resin with an estimated street value of €234,000 (pending analysis) and arrested a male, early 40's, at a service station on the M1 Southbound between junctions 5 & 4, this morning, 13th February 2014 at approximately 9am.
