A man in his early 30's who was detained in relation to the discovery of a body on Spa Street, Portarlington, is due to appear at a Tullamore District court at 3.30pm today charged with murder.
The other male(mid 40s) has been released without charge with a file being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Gardai in Portarlington are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body of a man (26 years) at a house on Spa Street, Portarlington, at approximately 5 p.m. this evening Saturday 15th February 2014.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and the body remains at the scene.
The Office of the State Pathologist has been notified.
Gardai have arrested two men (early 30s and mid 40s) in connection with this investigation and they are currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Portlaoise Garda Station.
