Cannabis seizure in Kilgarvan, Kerry on the 4/2/14

Gardaí have seized cannabis plants worth €160,000 following the search of a house at Gorthloughera, Kilgarvan Co. Kerry on 4th February 2014.

On the 4th February at 5.40pm, Gardaí searched a house at Gorthloughera, Kilgarvan, Co. Kerry and found that the house had been used for cultivating cannabis. Gardaí discovered 190 cannabis plants growing in the early stages of development. The cannabis has an estimated street value of €160,000. 
 

The scene has been preserved for technical examination and the incident is under investigation.  No arrests have been made to date.
