One man in his mid 30’s was arrested yesterday evening (28/4/14) in Dublin city centre in connection with this investigation.
He is currently detained at Irishtown Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1994.

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance tracing a car which was subject to a hijacking at about 2 pm in the Dublin 4 area.
The female owner of the car was pulling into an apartment complex at Argyle House, Serpentine Avenue, when she was assaulted and her car taken. The car a grey Ford Focus 03 D 55722 was driven off towards Merrion Road.
The car owner who is in her late 50s was taken to hospital.
Anyone who has any information about this incident or knows the whereabouts of motor car 03 D 55722 is asked to contact Irishtown Garda station on 01 666 9600.
