As part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of controlled substances, Gardai from the Ballyfermot/Clondalkin Drug Unit searched a house this afternoon the 8th April 2014 at Croftwood Park, Ballyfermot.
During the course of the search Gardai discovered 13 Kilos of cocaine(subject to analysis) with an estimated street value of €900,000 and 1.5 kilos of heroin (subject to analysis) with an estimated street value of €225,000.
Two males both aged 31 years were arrested at the house and are being detained at Ballyfermot Garda station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice(Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 as amended.
