Drugs seized and a female arrested in Limerick City on the 21/10/13

Gardai at Roxoboro Road have arrested a female and seized cannabis following a search operation in Limerick.

The discovery was made when Gardai searched a house in the south of the city yesterday evening (21/10/2013).  Cannabis resin with an estimated street value of €18,000 (pending analysis) was seized.  A female aged in her late 30's arrested during the operation is currently detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996, at Roxboro Road Station.


The investigation is ongoing.
