Arrest - Hit and run incident in Dublin which occured on the 17/10/13

A man in his mid 30's has been arrested by Gardai at Mountjoy Station in relation to a hit and run incident which occured at Trinity Lane, Dublin 3 on the 17th October 2013.

The man was arrested today, the 18th October 2013 at approx midday and is currently detained in Mountjoy Garda under Sect 4 of Criminal Justice Act 1984.
 

The 34 yr old man who was injured in the incident remains in a serious condition in the Mater Hospital.
