Shooting incident in Coolock, Dublin on the 13/11/13

Gardaí are investigating a shooting incident at Moatview Avenue, Coolock in Dublin at 9.20pm on the 13th November 2013.

A 21 year old man received a single gunshot wound to the lower leg.  The man has been taken to Beaumont Hospital for treatment for his injuries which are not thought to be life threatening. 
 

The scene is sealed off and a forensic examination of the area is underway.
