Gardaí at Celbridge are renewing their appeal for witnesses, regarding a fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the westbound carriageway, R449, Celbridge (between junction 6, M4, and Maynooth road, Celbridge), on Wednesday, 4th September 2013 at approximately 2.55pm.
A male, aged in his 40’s, was fatally injured when his motorcycle collided with a car. Other road users may have attended the scene and rendered assistance prior to the arrival of Gardaí.

Gardai in Leixlip are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision on the 4th September 2013.
At approximately 2.55 p.m. a male aged in his 30's was fatally injured when his motorcycle collided with a car. The collision occurred on the westbound carriageway of the R449 Celbridge (between junction 6 on the M4 and Maynooth Road, Celbridge). The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The road is closed and diversions are in place. Forensic collision investigators have been called to the scene.
