Gardaí in Cabra have launched a murder investigation following the discovery of the body of a man in the Phoenix Park this morning (Press Release 1126/13 refers).
The results of the Post Mortem have been made known to the investigation team but we are not releasing details for operational reasons.
Gardaí at Cabra are appealing for information in relation to this investigation and we are anxious to hear for anyone who was in the vicinity of Wellington Road between the hours of 12.30am and 1am this morning (29/11/13) to contact the incident room at Cabra Garda Station on 01-666 7400, the Garda Confidential Line 1-800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
Investigations are continuing.
