Man charged in relation to robbery at jewellery shop in Tralee, Co. Kerry on the 5/11/13

Gardaí at Tralee have charged a male, 31 years, with an offence relating to an investigation into the robbery of a jeweller’s shop on Dominic Street, Tralee, which occurred on Tuesday, 5th November 2013 at approximately 4.40pm.

Gardaí arrested this male following a pursuit on foot in the immediate aftermath of the robbery. All items of jewellery taken were recovered.

 

The arrested male was detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 and charged. He remains in Garda Custody and is due to appear before Tralee District Court, this morning, Wednesday, 6th November 2013.
