Gardai in Navan are investigating a fatal single vehicle collision which occured on the 9th November 2013 on the R162 Navan to Kingscourt road at Kilberry (approx 3-4 miles outside Navan).
The collision occured between 2.40pm and 3pm, the car collided with a wall and the driver(sole occupant) was seriously injured. He was transferred to Navan Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The road is closed to facilitate a Forensic Collision Examination and local diversions are in place.
