Gardai have seized drugs and arrested two males following an operation in Co. Wexford on the 15th of November 2013.
Cannabis herb with an estimated street value of €700,000 (pending analysis) was discovered when Gardai searched a van at Ballymurn near Enniscorthy this morning (15/11/2013). The search was carried out, as part of an ongoing investigation targeting the supply and distribution of drugs, by members from the Wexford Garda Division.
Two males aged in their 30s and 50s were arrested at the scene. They are currently detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996, at Enniscorthy Garda Station. (They can be held for up to 7-days.)
